Repairs are done here, at our own bench, with the proper tools. Thin shanks, worn prongs, delicate settings and old heirloom pieces get the patience they need — not a rushed job on somebody else's counter.

If a piece can be saved, we'll tell you honestly what that takes. And if it can't, we'll tell you that too.

What kind of jewelry do you repair?
Rings, chains, bracelets, earrings and pendants — gold, silver and platinum. Sizing, soldering, clasp work, stone tightening and resetting, prong repair, and restoration of older heirloom pieces.
Can an old or damaged piece really be saved?
Usually, yes. Worn shanks, snapped chains, loose or missing stones and bent settings are everyday work for us. Bring it in and we'll tell you honestly what it takes.
Will I know what it costs before you start?
Yes. We look at the piece first and explain what the repair involves. Nothing gets done until you've said go ahead.
How will I know when my repair is ready?
We'll call you. If you'd rather get a text message, just ask us when you drop the piece off and we'll send updates that way instead — and you can check on your repair yourself at any time without waiting for us.
Do you repair watches too?
Yes. Jewelry is our main focus, but we also handle watch batteries, bands, crystals and cleaning.
Do you sell jewelry?
Not yet — repairs are our focus today. Jewelry sales are coming soon.
